What Happens During My First Visit?

Your initial visit to Montgomery Family Chiropractic will include filling out forms to provide us general information about your condition. You can find those forms above if you wish to fill them out ahead of time. After reviewing your history, you will consult with Dr. Molitor to discuss your treatment options and answer questions. If needed, x-rays may be performed so we can design an appropriate treatment plan to help you. You may also receive same day treatment.

Before you go, we will advise you on what to do at home (heat, ice, stretches, avoiding certain activities, etc). If we do not feel that your condition will respond to chiropractic care, we can refer you to the appropriate specialist.
